Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason.

How to return

1. Notify us via help@briters.com
2. Ship the product to: Warmoesstraat 155, 1012JC Amsterdam
3. Include your order number and keep your proof of shipment

Return costs

Borne by the consumer unless otherwise stated.

Refund

Within 14 days of receiving the return, via the original payment method.

Exceptions

Custom-made products, sealed products opened for hygiene reasons, perishable goods.
